Q: Can I pair only one of them without any issue?
A: Yes, you can. It can work individual. And two earbuds can be connected to different devices at the same time.

Q: Can these earbuds work with Android system?
A: Yes, sure.

Q: Why the device's name are not showing up in my phone?
A: For first time use, please press the main button until blue and red led light flash alternately, then refresh your phone's bluetooth and search "GS-TWS A" to connect.

Q: Do both earbuds work when answer phone calls?
A: Sorry. When at calling mode ONLY master earbud has sound. This safety feature allows you to hear the traffic while driving or walking.

Q: If I turn one off, will the other one off together, or I have to turn both two off?
A: Under TWS connect, they will off together whatever you turn off anyone of it.

Q: Can I skip next songs?
A: Under twins mode, please press main button of slave earbuds for 2 seconds until your hear "Du" release your hand. Not work for single mode.
