This router bit guard severs as a physical barrier protecting fingers from spinning router bits. This guard is easy to mount directly to your router fence with included 1/4" x 20 hex head bolts and knobs. It easily adjusts up and down a full 3 inches. Overall size is 5-3/4" long by 3-1/2 inches high and 2" wide, perfect for larger router bits. It is made from 1/4" thick semi-transparent acrylic to allow visibility of your work yet provide maximal protection. Any bit guard should be larger than the router bit in use and adjusted as low as possible without interfering with the router bit or workpiece.
