Bob's Red Mill Date Sugar is a wonderful sugar alternative. Use as you would brown sugar in baked goods. It is made simply of dehydrated dates ground to a fine powder - no chemicals are used in the process. Oat flour prevents the Date Sugar granules from clumping.
