How It Works: 
Our snoring strap helps the user by preventing air from leaking through the mouth while holding the user’s mouth in place to encourage breathing through the nose. Customers who have used our snoring strap have seen a decrease in snoring, increased oxygen intake, & enhanced REM sleep.

How to Use: 
Start by putting the strap on your chin, pull the side straps up, let the side straps go around your ears, and adjust the Velcro strap on top of your head to your preference. Adjust the straps near the chin area for a perfect fit.
