How to install?
1.Take the black rim, place it against the fence in the desired location and trace the inner circle. This will be where the hole is cut.
2.Cut along the drawn circle on the fence.
3.After the hole is cut out, drill out the four holes to put the bolts through.
4.Place the clear dome through the fence, towards the outside of the fence. Put the bolts in each hole starting on the fence and ending on the outside.
5.On the other side of the fence, line up the black rim with the bolts and place it against the fence.
