FAQ

Q1:About Hair Smell
Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to protecting the hair from being dried during long term delivery. Please pay attention to that it will not do any harm to your health. And it will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner.

Q2:About Tangle
The hair tangles due to dry ,oil and dirt, please do not comb (even the wide tooth comb) it under this condition. Make sure to wash your hair twice a week. if it dues to the dry, please use some good conditioner to wash it, do not use the shampoo ,do some deep condition with it.

Q3: About Shedding
About shedding, always comb and brush when wet and with product in the hair. Never comb dry. customer seal wefts with a sealant to minimize shedding, however it does not guarantee to stop the shedding completely. An example of a sealant could be paint or fabric sealant. It is best to use a sealant that is thick.

Q4: How Many Bundles Do I need for A Full Head?
A: Normally 3packs are enough for a full head, at most 4packs. For average head size, here is my suggestion:
10-14: 3 bundles
16-22: 3-4 bundles, if you want thicker.
24-28: 4 bundles or more If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.
