How to use shrink bags?
1.Put the craft into the bags.
2.Seal up and cut away the excess by sealer.
3.Shrinking it up by hair dryer or heat gun.
Tips:
Each dye might have different consistency and some products will require more dye than others. So in order to avoid "overdose", make sure to add a little at a time to see what color you want to achieve.
