Within that dualism, it also symbolizes the Inseparability of Emptiness and Dependence, including the mutual Dependence of Religious Doctrine and Secular Affairs.
In Buddhist teachings, all Existence is bound by Time and Change, yet rests serenely within the Divine and Eternal.
