"Dreamforce has put together a series of training videos that fill a void in DVD training. What has been lacking is education that is simple enough yet goes into enough detail to be useful. This is not a "do it this way" video set, rather multiple ways of getting things done in PowerPoint are given. Some people like keyboard shortcuts, some like using the mouse, and both options are given. Kirt Kershaw is a great instructor, mixing up some humor with solid instruction. This video is worth every penny I've paid for it."
