Repair tools set: Trouble shooting We strongly suggest you look for a professional person to install the screen and test it before installing. Q: I replaced the screen but it can’t turn on. A: Reset the phone by pressing both Power and Home Button together for at least 15 secs. Q: The touch is not working properly. A: Power off your phone, clean the connector on the mainboard, reconnect all the cables, a hard reset of your phone, power on. Q: There are colorful lines going down the screen. A: Check the LCD to make sure the flex cables are good and there are no debris on the connectors.
