Trouble shooting
We strongly suggest you look for a professional person to install the screen and test it before installing.
Q: I replaced the screen but it can't turn on.
A: Reset the phone by pressing both Power and Home Button together for at least 15 secs.

Q: The touch is not working properly.
A: Power off your phone, clean the connector on the mainboard, reconnect all the cables, a hard reset of your phone, power on.

Q: There are colorful lines going down the screen.
A: Check the LCD to make sure the flex cables are good and there are no debris on the connectors. Then reconnect all the cables and leave the phone alone overnight in a dry environment and power on the phone in the morning.

Q: The Proximity Sensor/Ear Piece Speaker/Front Camera doesn't work.
A:Swap the original cable from your original screen to the new screen.
