Molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds available only to the Merk Family's Old World Christmas, before a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside. The lively and noisy Hairy Woodpecker is found almost everywhere. They eat harmful insects that they locate by feeling the vibrations that the moving insects make in the wood.
