How to Use:
1. Lock the Food Holder onto the main unit of the grater by pushing the locks on the sides to attach to rail-guided safety sliding track.
2. Slice the fruit, cheese or firm vegetables in sutitable size(smaller than the food holder), and put them into the food holder.
3. Grip the grater handle with one hand, while pressing down the food guide and sliding the food holder back and forth with another hand.

Warm Tips:
-Please note that your body/fingers do not touch the grater , slicer,blade and use protective hat to protect hand while grating.
