Dip tube instructions: twist counterclockwise to open; press down & twist clockwise to close for storage.

TIPS: When storing acidic foods or cleaning ingredients, use storage lid and don't leave dip tube in jug as acid can eat away at the metal spring. We include storage lid to make this easy for you.
