Overview

A rackmount PDU designed to provide reliable power distribution for home theater and AV equipment. With a rack height of 1U, it can be mounted onto audio video, server, and network 19" racks. Features proactive monitoring indicators to show the PDU's current power, ground, and surge status. For an extra level of protection, the PDU utilizes an 1800-Joule surge protector and 15-Amp circuit breaker. This model contains 8 Right-Angle (NEMA 5-15R) outlets located on the rear, to provide unfiltered electrical pass-through from a single (NEMA 5-15P) input plug. Constructed with an aluminum mounting frame and heavy-duty steel enclosure, with an extra-long 15-foot AC power cord. CE and RoHS certified.

The PDU features an 1800-joule surge suppression rating to absorb energy spikes caused by electrical power grid and overload issues. It also contains a 15-amp circuit breaker with easy-reset switch built in to prevent hazardous circuit overloads that could damage equipment. Lastly, the PDU is fully enclosed in heavy-duty 2mm steel for extra durability and peace-of-mind.

Built with the home theater and AV market in mind, this PDU is constructed with a high-grade aluminum mounting frame, anodized black with a brushed finish. Features CNC-machined chamfering on all corners and a lasered typography print. This gives the PDU a professional appearance, worthy of being mounted next to modern receivers, amplifiers, and other AV equipment.
