Our party balloons are made of natural latex material and the confetti are made of tissue paper, with no toxic chemical composition. The package includes five pieces of latex balloons and five packs of confetti. There are four choices about the confetti color: gold. Firstly, you may gently seperate the overlapped coffetti and fill balloons with sprinkle of tissue confetti before inflating. Secondly, inflate the balloon with air or helium. Pay attention that if you inflate the balloon with normal air, the balloon won't float up. Finally, shake balloons or rub on a carpeted surface to let confetti cling to the sides, then you will get a balloon like pictures. Be aware of safety in use and have fun!
