Ingredients: porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and its group).
Use: preserve dried mushrooms in an airy bag in a dry room.
Instructions: soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Drain, then dip in boiling water for another 10 minutes. Place in colander and rinse thoroughly. 1 lb of dried mushrooms â» 10 lb of fresh wild mushrooms. It depends on the moisture content of the mushrooms and temperature. Mushrooms are natural foods therefore actual items may differ slightly from pictures shown.
