As an aspiring home bread baker, I quickly realized that the available Bread Lames were either poorly designed, poorly constructed or made out of poor material. And the blades constantly slipped off

After several mock-ups, I settled on a design. I then found a premier cutlery manufacturer that specializes in Stainless Steel.

The final product is what you see here. I find it to meet all of the original criteria

Just used the straight lame option for the first time. I much prefer it. Scoring was much easier with the Straight Blade.
