How to use?
- Remove stainless steel pans from their handle
- Place food in pans and cover with lid
- Stack pans and place their handle, close handle tight
- Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of pressure cooker and bring to a boil. Place pans inside cooker using handle and cook as normal
Keep in Mind
- The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pan, therefore items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan
- Make sure you have enough liquid to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook
