This EZ Curl Bar is newly designed for most Total Gym models with cables that have metal frame handles or nylon strap handles. It's well known for serious weight training to develop upper arm mass, strength, and definition. With the soft padded cover on the entire bar, it helps the workout last longer by easily grabbing on without slipping off. Heavy duty cables and clasps are included and already installed on each side of the EZ Curl Bar for easy installation on Total Gym.
