Precise Temperature Control - our machine allows you to quickly set the exact temperature for a perfect meal.

Start in Seconds - our simple interface allows you to be off and running with your first meal quickly - place your meal in vacuum sealed bags, add water to the container, insert your new Sous Vide Cooker, Set It, and come back for a thoroughly cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert.

Calibrating the Temperature:

  1. Determine the difference between the temperature reading on the machine and your thermometer
  2. Press and hold the left Temperature button for about 5 seconds. The display will show your current offset amount (default is 0.0)
  3. Use the Scroll Wheel to add or subtract up to 9.9 degrees C or 17.8 degrees F
  4. Press the left Temperature button again to save this value.

Changing Between Fahrenheit and Celsius: Press and hold the bottom "Play" button for about 5 seconds.
