For easy viewing of the included adhesive temperature strip, apply it to the side of your glass jar in the small vertical window between the two ends of the mat. Use this heat wrap year-round as the temperature fluctuates in your home. The mat is made of waterproof material and designed to be left plugged in and on for an indefinite amount of time.
