Base with tape for 3.7mm or 5mm sticks, use in a candy dish to hold a balloon, tape is a strong low profile tape, it's not the white foam kind of double stick tape. Peal off the orange backing and stick to dish. Material is a semi clear type like our cups are made of, picture is just darkened to show up better on a white background.
