EMS Muscle Trainer, works directly on muscles by sending impulses to muscles which mimics the action of the central nervous system, activating the muscles and contracting them in the same way. These impulses reach deep muscle layers, heighten those contractions, intensify your workout in a way that your body could not on its own. The effect of the impulses causes the muscles to work harder than they would in a conventional training session but with much less work completed.

Please Note
1. Individuals who are pregnant, have an implanted medical device, allergic to gel pads, with disturbance of blood circulation or heart diseases should not use it.
2. Remove any oil or cream from the part to be toned to ensure conductivity. Oils left on the skin can cause the current to jump around the skin surface causing considerable discomfort.
3. Clean and dry the part to be treated. Otherwise the gel pad won't stick. Please don't do sweaty workout while wearing the gear. Sweat will reduce the stickiness of the gel pads.
4. Change the gel pad if it's no longer sticky. It's recommended to replace it after used for 20 times.
5. The sensation when first begin to use it is a bit odd to some people, and your abs will feel sore, but you quickly adapt to it.
6. The console generate electric impulses. The current is under 9mA, it won't do any harm to your skin or body.
7. EMS increases muscular density or hardness, not size if you rely on it alone.
8. It works best together with some cardio exercise and health diet.
