HOW TO WEAR

Its advised to only wear your waist trimmer for 2 to 3 hours at a time.  Before exercising, adjust your waist trimmer belt to the desired location and wrap it firmly yet comfortably around your abdomen. 

HOW TO WASH 

Before First use: Wipe down your Waist Trimmer water only. Remember to dry off your Waist Trimmer and have air-dry overnight.

After Exercise: Use soap and water and clean the inside of Waist Trimmer several times. Remember to dry and hang to air-dry overnight.
