Speed Silver switches are linear and do not have the tactile bump and audible click found in Blue switches. Speed Silver are ideal for gaming where the low articulation force and linear path allow for quick successive key presses. Typing with Speed Silver switches is similar to Reds, but have less travel and a lower articulation point.
