The adapters work perfectly for Comtac style head phones.
They do require some assembly, mainly removing the ear muffs from the head band and then snapping them to the adapters.
It is easily assembled and suitable for most of Comtac style head phones.

Assembly Steps:

Take out the headset cloth cover from the 2 sides of the Comtac headset.
Take out the headset line from the headband (need hoop wrapped).
Hang the headset adapter on both side of the headset.
Assemble to the helmet.
Bind the headset line to top of the helmet, then use tape to fixed on top.
