WHAT'S INSIDE 'EM? Two types of fills: Choose from Sand or a Metal/Plastic Mix. Both options come with a "Medium" level of filling for optimal kicking and stall tricks. The sand is a few grams heavier (50-55 grams) and generally better for stalling. The plastic/metal fill is lighter (40-45 grams) and better for kicking. It just comes down to personal preference and what you are looking for.
