We stand by our no-bust stitching guarantee so you can kick with friends for hours with confidence that nothing is going to leak out or bust open. Two types of fills: Sand or a Metal/Plastic Mix. Both options come with a "Medium" level of filling for optimal kicking and stall tricks. The sand is a few grams heavier (50-55 grams) and generally better for stalling.
