Q: The gamepad doesn't work,

A: The 9083S supports Android 6.0 and iOS 11.0 or higher. If the device is lower than this version, it is not compatible.

Q: The product Bluetooth is often disconnected or stuck.

A: The lack of power in the gamepad will cause the Bluetooth to be disconnected frequently, or the Android phone and device card, the lack of Android memory will also appear above.

Q: The right analog stick of the gamepad does not work properly.

A: The function of the button on the right is not turned on. The customer needs to open shootingplusV3, set the button interface, click R, select the view mode, and save it.

Q: Android devices don't work,

A: Make sure the Android device is a device with 6.0 or higher, and make sure the gamepad selects the Android button mode.

Q: The ios device can't work,

A: Make sure the ios device is a system above 11.0, and make sure the gamepad selects the ios button mode.

According to different devices, choose different switch button connection methods, this device has Android, iOS, device and game console connection,

1. [Android V3 direct play mode]:

set the mode switch and Android mode (the position of the first two files): long press the HOME button for 3 seconds to turn on, then the LED indicator flashes quickly; turn on the Bluetooth function of the andriod device, click scan: Choose a pairing connection,

2.[IOS V3 Direct Play Mode]:

Set the mode switch to the second file, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds to turn on the phone. At this time, the LED indicator flashes quickly, the Bluetooth function of the iOS device is turned on, the pairing is selected, and the connection is successful. The LED light is always on,
