- each tattoo is in a little plastic sleeve that has instructions on it.
- Peel back clear layer. Put tattoo face down on skin. Apply wet cloth or sponge to tattoo and hold in place for a few minutes. Remove tattoo paper and tattoo should be on skin. Allow tattoo to dry on skin for a minute or so before touching.
