Foil supershape number '13' balloons these are fantastic for 13st birthdays, you will get 1 x number 1 and 1 x number 3 foil balloon. The balloon can be filled with helium to float or filled with air to attach to any surface, it has a self sealing valve. The balloon will come flat and need inflating. Once inflated the balloon will stay up for over a week.
