This strap is 10" long and 2" wide with a plastic buckle that has a three 3 Digits Combination dial. The strap does not have to wrap up all the way around the handles of the refrigerator to work property. Good to use on stainless steel appliances, wood, metal and glass. There's no need of hardware or tools to install or remove it. To install it you just have to remove the self adhesive film and apply on a clean surface. Best use is for indoors. Not for indoor wall.
