- Why the printer shows "error e4" or "not recognize" or "failure"etc or the Indicator light "BLINKING"??
For this situation, usually has two reasons:
1.Not install well
2. Ink cartridge chip dirty
Solution:
Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.
Step2: Clean the ink cartridge chip (contactor points) with rubber or alcohol cotton swab.
Please clean it, then re-install, if not work, try clean again, and install again.
After 2 times, it still not work, try to unplug the printer, then restart it.
