âœ“ Confetti needs static friction to stick to the sides of the balloon. Please rub the balloons on a fleece or carpet after inflating to create static. This will ensure the confetti sticks to the inside of the balloon.

âœ“ Hi-Float liquid is NOT recommended for confetti balloons UNLESS the confetti is separated from the balloon during application. We do not recommend this approach as it is difficult to remove and insert the confetti without damaging it.
