★There are red and blue wires. How to know which is hot and which is cold? Does it matter?
Just remember to connect the AC power that red is to hot/Live, blue is to Neutral/cold.The light also have ground wires on the bracket.

★Will this still work with the wall switch, or is it exclusively controlled by the remote?
Both works.But turning the light off and on using a normal on/off wall switch WILL NOT save the last setting.

★How to pair lights with the remote?
Turn the light on, and within 3 seconds, press and hold the remote's ON(I) button until the light finishes flashing 3 times.You can set 4 groups lights,no quantity limit per group.

★How to un-pair the lights?
Turn the light off first,then turn the light on, and within 3 seconds, press the remote's ON(I) button for 5 times until the light finishes flashing 6 times.
