Eliminate Ingrown Nails
- Disinfect nails with an alcohol solution swab
- Soak your feet in warm water for 15 min
- Gently hook both sides of the ingrown toe nail and twist and secure, then place feet back in water
- Twist the nut until you notice your toenail slightly expands (should not be painful)
- Continue to intensify the pressure until the nail is lifted enough to reshape
- After 30 minutes, remove feet from water and you will notice the ingrown nail is now lifted and free from your skin
- Stuff medical cotton in the lifted area to prevent relapse
