Our sources of protein, vitamins, and minerals are easier to digest and absorb than most other products. Use it as a snack, meal replacement, or an ingredient in your favorite recipes.

- Bare Necessities shakes are 3rd party tested for gluten, GMO's, and heavy metals! We are currently manufactured in a facility that handles eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans, shellfish and fish. Our manufacturer is GMP certified and machines are cleaned for 4-8 hours after each use to reduce risk of cross contamination.
