Perfect for do-it-yourself (DIY) projects, these premium 100% glass beads are ideal for projects like weighted blankets, lap pads, dolls, beanbags, crossfit weight applications, crafts, gun rests, rock tumblers, and other weighted products. About as fine as sand, this product works extremely well with Robert Kaufman Kona Cotton and most flannel and anti-pill fleece fabrics (if you use other types of fabric be sure to test your fabric with the glass bead before making your project). The glass beads are rounded to create a smooth, uniform fill and have a very pleasing feel and weight. One cup of glass beads weigh between 12 - 13 ounces. They are non-toxic, non-allergenic, environmentally harmless, and non-combustable, making it ideal for all sorts of projects! PLEASE NOTE: Due to the weight this material is not good for bean bag chair stuffing! Glass beads are small so always check compatibility with your chosen fabric before starting your project.
