How to Use

1. Clean and thoroughly dry your chest area.

2. Apply the pad to your desired area. Use for an hour or more at a time. Recommended for overnight use. The adhesive will stay in place allowing you to sleep on you side!

3. When finished, peel the pad off slowly in an upward motion.

4. Clean, air dry, and store away.

Sweating may interfere with the adhesion

You can get approximately 30 uses from each pad. Extreme care and precaution can result in more uses

Place the protective lining back on the adhesive side to help preserve its stick

Chest pads should be washed and cleaned with oil-free soap, allow product to air dry

Stop use and consult your doctor if you experience rash or irritation
