Choosing Your Blanket Weight

The blanket is designed to be around 10% of your bodyweight plus 1 or 2 pounds. We recommend sticking to that measure unless you feel strongly that you want a heavier or lighter feel. Please choose the right weight and size according to your height and weight

Blanket Care Instructions:

1, The weighted blanket is very heavy in wet, we suggest purchasing the Anjee removable duvet cover for easier cleaning.
2, Machine washable. Hang to dry inside or outside.
3, If dirty, you can also spot clean it.
