Very Important:
-IOS devices (iPhone/ iPad) NEED to download free APP "iUSB Drive" from App Store. If your iPhone/iPad can't read the card reader, please try to download APP "iUSB Drive" again.
-Android device can use directly without APP, but the phone NEED with OTG FUNCTION when you connect the card reader. When you connect the card reader, please enter to the phone "file manager" to operate.

Sweet Tips:
***Please insert your memory card into the device before connect to your iphone or ipad.
***Please do not disconnect card reader during file transfer.
***Please do not connect both side of card reader at the same time.
***Please do not use card reader as cable.
***If your phone case is thick, please take it off before using the device.
***If iOS device pops up a message said "this accessory is not optimized for this phone", just disconnect and reconnect again. ***DO NOT support Wi-Fi SD card or SONY SD card.
