IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Inflate with a good quality compressed air hand pump or a mechanical air pump.
2) If using helium inflate more than 16 inches in diameter to be big enough to float
3) Hold the tail end of the balloon very tightly so no air can escape when inflating
4) After inflating twist the tail of the of the balloon into a spiral and tie several tight knots.(see product photo)
