2. It can't hold a charge because it doesn't have built-in rechargeable batteries. It can only work via USB cable connecting to a wall outlet, power bank, or laptop. If you want to it can be hold a charge, please put 3pcs AA Ni MH rechargeable batteries in it.
3. VEEAPE Camping Light can act as a light source as well as a source of air flow. However, the lighting will be weak if you turn the light and the fan on at the same time. This is unavoidable, please choose carefully before buying
