Aluminum breakable cap prevents entry of foreign materials and to protects the female threads on pin lug fire department inlet connections (FDC). Breakable ears permits fast fire hose connection. Two eyebolts with nuts for attachment to female pin lug swivel are included.

These caps will fit the most common Fire Department Connection (FDC) 2 1/2" NH / NST. Caps are designed to cover any FDC with the outside diameter (Not including pin lugs) of 3 7/8".

Finger tighten only...Do Not Use Pliers!
