How to use the meat thermometer?

1.Open the probe and insert the temperature a couple of centimeter into the food

2. In a few seconds, a highly accurate temperature reading will be displayed on the built-in LCD screen.

3.Press the light button,it will hold the temperature reading untill pressed again.

4.The backlit will turn off automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity to save power.

5.Press down the backlight button for 3s to switch Fahrenheit and Celsius

7.When use the cooking thermometer by left hand,the screen will rotate the angle accordingly
