Note:
★1. Make sure that your device is compatible with wireless charging function. You can email us to confirm whether your devices have wireless charging capability built-in. And do not disassemble or throw into fire or water, to avoid causing a short circuit leakage. Do not use the wireless charger in high temperature, humidity or corrosive environment, avoid damaging the circuit and avoid leakage. Do not close with magnetic stripe or chip care (ID card, bank card ,etc)to avoid magnetic failure.
★2. Place your phone on the charging area. If you do it right, led light will flash a while and goes off, it's the way for right charging.
★3. When mobile phone deviates from charging spot, the white led light quick blink 1s/time until failure is excluded. Please adjust your charging area or check your device whether it is Qi enabled.
★4. LED keeps green during charging, goes off once reach full battery (For Samsung devices it turns into blue), flashes green to indicate that it won't charge the unrecognized device.
★5. 2A power/ QC 2.0/3.0 adaptor is recommend only. Please use original cable.
★6. Please take off the phone case if you have a metal phone case or your case has a metallic coating.
★7. The PHONE CASES is suggested to be REMOVED while charging.
★8. Most important, you have to make sure that your phone is in the "sweet" spot to work. Different phone models have different "sweet" spot. If you are not sure the sweet spot, please contact us.
★9. Wireless charger will shut off when fully charged to protect battery. The overheating protection system will cut off the power when the temperature of the charger get closer to 45℃. This will stop the charger from overheat.
