☞The iron leaks? The iron does not steam? - Do not add too much water! Please keep water level under the MAX line. Turn dial to maximum temperature, place your iron in the vertical position, and wait for it to heat up fully until the control light is off before pressing the steam lever repeatedly for steam. This iron is only designed to produce powerful bursts of steam instead of continuous steam.
☞The iron does not heat up? - Please check the dual voltage switch for correct setting. Simply use a flat head screwdriver to switch between 100~127V/220~240V. The factory setting is 100~127V.
☞The control light does not stay on? - The smart control light will automatically switch on/off to indicate when the iron is heating/cooling.
