You will receive 4 wheels already assembled including bearings and spacers. Bearing steel is pre-lubricated and compared to others, the lubricated bearing steel is much better in speed and durability. They are smooth riding wheels and inexpensive but great quality. The wheels are easy to install, just simply place the wheels on the axle like regular wheels.
