Each week you can make 'Goals' which your can track, create a task list with a 'weekly to do' list, identify your major 'activities' for the week, and identify how you will 'live healthy' during your week. In addition there is space for your daily notes, and an section for weekly notes. This planner is high quality in full colour on every page. The pages as high quality 100g/m2 pages.
